In his latest adventure, Professor Jones is being closely monitored by Soviet Agents who discover that Jones has received a coded message from an old friend. These Soviet Agents are soon hot on the heels of Jones and the young man who delivered him the message in an attempt to gain access to the code before Jones deciphers its clues. This code leads to a skull that is made from quartz. It is rumored that if this skull is returned to a specific location that it can protect the world, but if it is returned to the place from which is originated the holder will acquire great powers. Jones must do whatever he can to protect the crystal skull and to stop Irina Spalko, the leader of the Soviets who wants to use its power to take over the West, before all is lost.
